I posted here a wee while ago about how I was considering becoming a childminder. Well I've taken the plunge and have been working my way through the Care Inspectorate's registration form. I'm almost at the end and am writing my statements but am struggling a bit now. I am trying to write a statement on provision for the health and welfare of the service users. But I'm a bit unsure of what it is they specifically want me to address. So far I've already covered child protection in a separate policy, Disclosure checks etc. Can anyone remember what they discussed in theirs? Any help would be gratefully received.
