Nanny needed in harrogate area - how do I find one?

I am going to be returning to work in September and need to sort out childcare. I am thinking about a nanny share but don't want anyone living in. How do I go about finding one?

If you are a first time nanny employer, then contact some agencies in your area - they should not charge you until you appoint someone through them, so you can get helpful information from them plus with luck see some candidates, so you can practice your interviewing skills.
