CM Club: obs & paperwork, is there a better way

Paperwork-looking for a better way.
Here I am again on my day off up to my eyes in writing up obs and attaching photo?s. It all seems to take so long however hard I try to keep on top. My main problem(s) getting photo?s off camera onto computer then turned/sorted/filed and used in obs (not to mention putting onto disk for parents) takes a rediculious amount of time, my handwriting is awful so I tend to want to type obs but obviously can not be doing that while minding so its left to mount up, I want things to look nice for the parents- so no scribbled notes, and I know I do too much but I don?t seem to be able to ?let go?

Help suggestions please.

There is the online version's that you can use. Nobleminder have gone bust though so don't use them. You need to pay a subscripton fee and also back up your work but it does help greatly on limiting the paperwork needed to be done.

I like you have horrible handwritting and love typing so it works really well for me.
