questions to ask potential childminder

Meeting a prospective childminder tomorrow and wondered what important questions i should ask that i maybe hadn't thought of? DS Will be about 8 months when i go back to work.

Ask anything you like..I interviewed a parent this morning and answered all her questions and she did answer mine too.
You can always call back if you have missed something or do a second visit.
