In Oct/ Nov this year I'll be going back to work after my 2nd baby and looking for a nanny to do 8-6pm Mon to Thurs. By then our kids will be nearly 4 and nearly 1.
We had a nanny share in London before living here, and really fell on our feet with the girl we found (or should I say my friend found, alas I didn't have to do any of the hard work). So although that experience was great, I'm feeling really nervous about the new search.
