Where's the best place to check current London nanny rates (zone two north London)?
We're looking at 4 days per week 8am. - 6pm. 12mo DS. Thanks!

Not too sure where you would look but I'm a nanny in sw London and most nannies I know get between £9-£10 ph.
Hope that helps :)

£11 - £15 gross depending on experience. Possibly £10gross if newly qualified/inexperienced but you'd need to factor in a fairly substantial payrise (around £50gross per week) after a year to keep them.

Yep, £10 ph net for qualified/experienced nanny. Chatting with agents and reading job ad's on agents sites will give you a good picture (of course you gotta remember agents are agents and to be taken with a pinch of salt).
