I have two kids aged 1 & 3 who are in nursery 3 days a week. I've just got a promotion and will have to go 4 days a week and am debating whether to increase the kids nursery time or split it with a nanny 1 or 2 days per week. I'm unsure what the costs of this would be but would be keen for the kids to continue to attend external activities one of these days (e.g. tumbletots) but therefore taken by a nanny. Any advice?
