Just had a thought which came from a previous talk on bank holidays.
There is so much competition out there with other cm's. Why do you think parents should choose you? (Dont worry I am a cm too). It makes me think about what I offer and how I can do better.
What would you consider your stength and your area to be developed?
I would like to think I am freindly and professioanl in what I offer. I do not feel that I need to compete with any other cm. I like to keep parents informed through various methods. I always look for trainining opportunities.
I would like to keep on top of my paper work. Would welcome any tips on this.
