I am in a mess with nanny's tax

I have tried to register several times, now I have to go back and do it all again and I have missed the deadline for this year - due to illness on top of disorganisation. It is only for a total of about twelve days work.

What should I do now? Would a pay roll company sort it out for me or would they not touch it

Pay roll company is worth every penny and will sort out an existing mess. Google NannyPaye- I'm useless, always forgetting to pay or to tell them things and they always sort it out.
