I applied for a variation in March. I contacted the office after Easter and was told the inspector was on a/l for the whole of that week. I rang again and left a couple of messages.
When I spoke to the inspector, she wanted me to send in more information. It was the same information that was already in my application but she wanted it anyway so I sent it in.
I've just phoned now to check they'd received it and was told that the extra information I sent in has been received but the inspector hasn't looked at it yet and is out of the office until 17/5. She is working from home though so I asked them to get her to phone me.
It is very frustrating!!
