Childcare for 6 month old in N6 - Highgate

Hi - can anyone recommend a nannyshare or good childminder for a 6 month old? I am looking into this now although will only need the services in January 2013 as I hear the waiting lists are very long.

Happy to hear about nursery schools but I hear that if you are late to pick up they charge astromoical hourly penalties for this?

It will be for 3 days a week - flexibility on which days Mon to Fri.

Thanks in advance. I will be moving to the area soon and not sure where to start. Have looked on the Haringey website but there was one listing only for someone who would look after a 6 month old.
