I am now on my third nanny, as they keep leaving for work which pays higher salaries and has a greater demand. We only have 1 5yr old boy who is at full time school, however require our small home to be cleaned, and meals to be cooked. I am done with dealing with agencies, as I find that they charge a lot of money for a simple first stage interview process, which I am prepared to do. Can anyone advise any good websites to advertise on please? I am already advertising on Gumtree, however I would love to have a Filipino lady as I have heard that they are great with children and around the home. Thank you.

You can only hire a filipina if you use a specific agency (can't remember the name - they are attached to a charity which helps filipina women in this country - and they insist on high salaries for the staff they place), otherwise you cannot have filipina help - they WILL NOT get visas (ones here that you might find are also probably working outside of their visa entitlement).

You can find nannies yourself on aupair-world.net and greataupair.com and similar, but TBH if the last 3 have left for more money then the next lot probably will too. What are you paying?

As Stilsquify as suggested, filipino nannies mainly come through agencies. Gumtree and websites here can only get you local or european based nannies (mostly)
