confusedpixie · 24/04/2012 17:41

3 in one job, 1 in the other, wouldn't do either of them full time though!

nannyl · 24/04/2012 18:07

i had 5 main jobs

first had 3 children in the family, all the other had 2 (during the time i was their nanny)

LargeGlassofRed · 24/04/2012 18:11

I was a nanny to 4 from the age of. 16 to 18, I think it was great preparation for my 5 now :).
Looking back I can't believe I did it, when I first started I had the interview on the Friday moved in on the Sunday and the father went away with work Monday to Friday. I didn't meet the mum for the first 6 weeks.

juneybean · 24/04/2012 18:12

Two, the most I've done is three.

Shoshe · 24/04/2012 18:32

5 full time live out at the moment, new job in September will be 2, but as I was a childminder before its easy, I had 10 before Grin

HolyCameraConfusionBatman · 24/04/2012 19:08

last job 2 to start and then number 3 came along a year in.

lookingforchocolate · 24/04/2012 19:32

13 children for my first job when i was 18

2 families came together to spend the summer holidays

ages ranged from 6mths to 14 yrs

i now have 5 children of my own, bit quiet at times Grin

callaird · 24/04/2012 20:26

I currently look after one baby. Some days it's manic, others, like today are really quiet.

I have had five aged 19 months to 12 years - 12 year old was Autistic and pretty high on the spectrum, it could be tough some days.

Two jobs had 4 children - one was 3 months - 23 months, (nanny share, two families, full time) that was a really busy job, but I loved every minute. They are now 16 - 17 years old and so lovely! Must text them! The other was 4 under 6. Again, hectic but fun and adorable children.

surpriseme · 24/04/2012 23:00

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/04/2012 23:04

2 in the 2 previous jobs before that

WincNanny · 25/04/2012 07:51

I am very lucky to have just 1 charge (who starts school in September!) been with the family 3 years and am expecting to stay on for another 2 :)

WincNanny · 25/04/2012 07:54

Oh and I usually nanny for multiples or large-ish families - ie 3/4 children.

chocchoc30 · 25/04/2012 08:50

My first job twins and their sister
Second job twins (again) and then number 3 came along.
Present job just two although it's just the youngest and me most of the day.

NannyBeth · 25/04/2012 09:20

I've had a range:

twins 14mths
6mths, 2.5, 4.5
Temp for 4 weeks with up to 6 - 3 weeks, 3mths (twins), 14mths, 22mths, 3yrs
6, 8, 9, newborn (shared charge with mum)
10yrs (overnights, but def my easiest job to date!!)
18mths and 7.5
5mths
And currently I have 5, 6, 8 and 10

Don't think I'd take another job with only 1 foyer more than a month, unless mum was already pregnant with the 2nd. I love being busy, hate sitting around not doing much!

MilkNoSugarAndAShotofWhisky · 25/04/2012 09:59

5-11yo,9y0,3yo,2yo,8mo
Sometimes often have an extra 3yo thrown in

Life is crazy :o

ScarfOfSexualPreference · 25/04/2012 12:15

I currently have 2 aged 4 yr and 19m full time and occasionally an older sister, though I rarely see her (lives with her mum). Next baby is due next month- but mum has decided to leave work so I'm looking for work, poor old me. I was really looking forward to having a new baby to look after!
