Au Pairs in Northwood / Harrow

Hello all,
We're moving to Northwood from Fulham in the next couple of months, and are wanting to hire an au pair to help out around the house. What are the best ways of finding good aupairs? Would it be some of the BAPAA recommended agencies (a little limiting I thought) or some of the websites (aupair world or great au pairs)
Has anyone used one or the other, with good success? What are the pros and cons?
Thanks!
rsub

I have read good recos for au pair world on here, being more of a techie, i always recommend using bigger sites, simply because they have more options and you know who u wanna choose.

Check these out too www.childcare.co.uk/find/Au-Pairs/ and Au Pair in Harrow

We used to live in that part of London and have always used the same agency, Pebbles, which has been pretty good. and most of the APs have been ok too. some excellent. Good luck! And Harrow College was good for English lessons.
