Morning

Just wanted to thank all of those who helped me decide to take on some part timers when I had originally decided to try and take on another full timer.

I've now filled my Tuesday's and Wednesday's and one of these may want to add a day or two in a couple of months which is great!

I did have one full time enquiry after signing up the first one day a week mindee BUT I've been hearing from them on and off since the baby was born some months ago and I have a feeling they'd mess me about anyway! This way, as you said, if a mindee goes, it's not a whole full time income gone at once!

Anyway, thanks again for making me see that it was worth trying to slot in part timers to make up (eventually) a full time slot.

I used to work on that principle when employing staff. If they go off sick you limit the inconvenience and plus they can cover for one another!

Glad things are looking up for you.

Well done, as I said before it works for me.
Good luck and hope it all works out for you too.

It's quite nice having part-timers because each day is then so different. Well done!

Yeah, I'm really excited actually! My ds and mindee were really cute at toddlers today - near the end they were stroking and kissing the heads of some of the babies and sort of staying there protecting them - bless, it was so sweet (my ds in particular, he loves babies and it's great to see him so gentle as some of you know what a handle he has been at times ).

They seem quite excited about having a little baby to look after one day a week! The other lad is lovely too. We already know him from toddlers and he was all over me with cuddles at the meeting which was a nice feeling! The current childminder said his mum couldn't believe how cuddly he was with me (as he doesn't really know me THAT well).

Just need to fill my Monday and Thursday vacancy and I'll be happy (Friday's would be nice too but I don't mind having that day off as it gives me more chance to catch up with website work so I can take on more business which will make up the extra money )

Anyway, thanks again
