As the title says, I have an interview shortly for the following nanny position,

1 child, after school pick up and look after until 7pm, full time care during school holidays (8am till 7pm), I will be bringing my baby with me,

I am located in herts

How much would you ask for?

Babloogirl, just interested to know how you found this position? I need exactly the same childcare for my kids but have been told by nanny agencies that it would be impossible to find anyone prepared to do those hours as people (understandably) want a more full-time income. But my kids are both at school and I just don't need someone all day. So, interested to know where you were advertising yourself as clearly I should look there...

In London I used to pay our nanny 20 pounds an hour gross plus costs, but that was probably just a ridiculous London thing- now I'm in Cambridge we have a full-time au pair but I would never dream of paying more than about 12 pounds an hour. Good luck :)
