Au pairs - holiday, what do you give?

We're looking for a new AP and I'm rather confused on how much holiday do we have to give. Is it statutory minimum for a full time worker if she works 5 days a week?

Yes, the statutory minimum is 5.6 weeks (which may include bank holidays).
