Nannyjob advert posting free

I've just put a new job ad in for a nanny on
Nanny job, usually it's about £30 and it was free! Just thought I'd let other parents know as although I usually get more candidates from
Gum tree the nanny job ones are usually better qualified!

It also says:
Pay £24.99 only when you want to view applications or contact Jobseekers via our CV database for 4 months.

So whilst the advert is free and you can monitor the number of replies to the advert, are you not able to see the actual replies until you pay?

Thanks nanny nick - found that our today, but only when I emailed them as hadn't received a single reply. Slightly irritated as would have just paid straight off, seems a strange way of doing it.

So thats why Im not getting any replies from parents where Ive applied for jobs, they most probably dont realise that they got to pay to view them.

How annoying is that!
