To work 3/4 week days and every other sat morning! Am I in cuckoo land? Nanny share won't work for us!

tbh you may be better off looking for a nanny/hk during the week and prehaps an older teenager/student for the weekend - not many of my friends would be happy working every other sat am

I hadn't thought of gumtree! Will check that out. I agree Saturday situation is perhaps a tricky one! Blush
