I just found out about this

It costs £12 or is an 80 page colour doc to print

It looks good but I'm not sure I can afford it

I notice btw that puddings are now back in vogue

Link

Why would you need to print it out? Could you not just download the document and then search for bits you want from it?

There are some quite nice looking charts... such as page 21 (Meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein). If you wanted to print some things out... how about just printing off those charts?

Well I will

But I just thought it was a bit pricy

I've been wondering about that... £12... not sure a local print shop could print an 80 page PDF in colour for that. It's 15p a page.

I know it's clutching at straws but if you asked your local authority... would they fund it? Never know... they might have a budget for that sort of thing.

I guess I'm just stingy Wink
