Hi
Can anyone recommend a decent and fair priced nanny in Ealing?
Preferably someone with a bit of experience and does not charge the earth!
My husband and I need someone to start full time in July.
I will need some help with my new baby and 4 year old DS.
Many thanks

What do you consider as a fair price and a bit of experience?

3/4 years experience.
Charging around £7/8 per hour or £250/275 per week
Confused

I'm assuming you want a live-out nanny?

Are you thinking £7/8ph net or gross?

You may get someone for £8 net, but not a chance at less than that.

You may be able to get an au pair or mother's help for that

Maybe consider a nanny-share?

I'm with holy - you might get someone for £8net in their pocket but not someone for £8 total cost to you. You might get someone £8 total cost to you in a share though and that can be a very good option, but it depends what you want the person to do.
