I'm thinking about my childcare options when we move in June. I've always sucessfully had nannies a couple of days a week, but I'm struggling to find an acceptable nursery place for my 4 year old, so I'll need someone more hours.
I can probably make the job full time if I add cleaning into the job, but do nanny/housekeepers usually do full big cleans +ironing, or do they usually expect a seperate cleaner for the big stuff?
I know I can specifiy exactly waht I need in the job ad, but we're moving out of london, so I'll have less choice of nannies anyway.
