HI everyone. Little bit about myself first. I am a qualified nanny, NNEB. I am currently working in a montessori nursery which I do enjoy but I have 2 children of my own aged 9 and 5 and am finidng it hard work at the moment. My children go to school 20-25 minutes plus work is another 30 minutes away from school. One of the ladies I work with is going to be leaving to start up her own nursery soon and there could be the possibility I could go and work for her which would be easier for me but its not up and runnin yet and not established. Or I was thinking of CM but not sure, this would fit in well with my life and children, we do live in rented property though.

Bit of a long shot but my neighbour has just had a baby and going back to work in may and the baby will go to a nursery, I was thinking of asking her if she would consider me having the baby. But I dont know how to approach her as dont see her very often.

Anyway im really just looking for some advice at the momnent please. Many thanks
