Has anyone used one? or worked for one? I'm looking into setting up an agency as a business idea would anyone be willing to answer some questions for me?

My friends and I work for several agencies as baby sitters /wedding creche staff.

We use an agency babysitter on an occasional basis - agency charge us flat rate of about £25 for the booking then we pay the babysitter in ash on the day. Happy to answer any questions, just PM me.
