Finding an Au pairs

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can tell me where the best place to find an au pair is?
Also what are the questions we should be asking? Anything to watch out for etc etc?
We have 3 under 5 (just) and i have just returned to work.
Any advice from more experienced members welcome!!!

What you need your au pair to do is probably the most important thing to establish. That will tell you whether you're looking for a classic au pair or need something more like an au pair plus.

There are various agencies and websites but they cater for different markets.
