Need after school help/ childminder mother Granton Edinburgh

Hiya

We just got full costody of step daughter very suddenly on Sunday so no time to try and change jobs and cant afford to leave! I have a lovely wee 10 yr going to be enrolled Granton Primary Monday but I work shifts and hubby Monday to friday hen my shifts land on days during week (max 3 day min 1 day) im not available til 1830hrs

Any help or advice gratefully received

My first thought is that you or your partner might be entitled to some sort of leave, carers leave , parental leave perhaps? might give you some time to get organised.

No we dont officially have PR yet just a letter from her and the forms to post off :-(

MIL did start saying she would come through but has changed her mind

Look for your local families information service website/phone number they will tell you which after school clubs/childminders pick up from there or childcare.co.uk.
