I know this is sometimes frowned upon but I need a childminder in Devon.

I am a regular, NC'd because obviously this will have a RL cross-over. I've posted in the local boards but don't hold out much hope, ours is very quiet.

I'm in North Devon, EX19 and need to find someone to drop/collect at the village school (Dolton) for one 5yo. I've tried all the usual online searches and the Devon CoCo service but the nearest I can find is 5 miles away in another village and dropping at another school.

If anyone knows of anyone just about to register or can think of someone who could help, would you PM me?

Have you checked childcare.co.uk some might live further away but not have any other school runs, some might even drop off to you every childminders different might be worth ringing as they may know of friends etc that could help.

Can't help alas but have you put up a sign in the village shop and tried asked your dc's teacher if any others arrive with a cm?
