Interviewing childminders - what questions should I ask?

I'm looking to move DS (19mo) from nursery to a local childminder. I've found a few people with vacancies near by and am setting up visits.
Anyone able to let me know what questions I should be asking and what I should be paying attention to at the visit?
What are the signs of a good childminder? Or the things I should notice as a potential problem?

The obvious things are to check she's actually registered! So, ask to see her certificate, first aid cert. insurance. As far as paperwork is concerned, that's all I'd be interested in.
Find out what she does in a typical day. Is she very out and about with playgroups every day or more staying in? Some parents prefer one to another.
Ask the ages of the other children she minds.
See if she takes an interest in your lo and has put a couple of toys out to amuse tem while you chat.
Ask about fee/ who pays what for each others holidays/ bank holidays/ sickness.
basically though, go on whether you think she's a loving, enthusiastic person.
And well done for choosing to go with a cm. hoose the right one and your lo will be a very happy person!
