Childcare advice needed - Ealing

I am struggling to find childcare in Ealing (Northfields) that gives me enough time to commute to work. Ideally I am after a childminder / babysitter to look after my daughter before and after nursery, 3 days a week? I have my daughter's name down on a few nursery waiting lists but nothing is yet confirmed.

I would need care from about 7.40 am, and most nurseries start at 8am.
I would also need care afterwards from approx. 6-6.45pm. I appreciate this isn't particularly profitable, but would consider paying a minimum no. of hours to make it worth while.

Alternatively I would consider using a childminder full time, that could offer these hours. Can anyone recommend how to get this sort of care, or any nurseries within a few miles of this area that offer longer hours?

If you are in need of a baby sitter then please let me know.I am a 15 year old girl and i am very interested in caring for children as a part time job.I am very friendly, bubbly and i am experienced with looking after children from past baby sitting jobs and for also having younger siblings and family members the youngest i have cared for is one years old .I am able to cook and clean and also do bedtimes which includes bathing etc and also cooking. If you are interested then please let me know; I am able to work full weekend days however from the 17th of April I will have limited hours which range from 3:15-9pm on weekdays but unlimited hours on weekends due to school hours .I am also local to the Elthrone Park area of Ealing. If you are interested please contact me via email- [email protected] for further details and information.
Thank you Daisy

It sounds like you need a nanny. Is that an option financially? It is expensive for one child, but a nanny-share may suit you.
