recently moved to riverhead, sevenoaks with 3 young children and need to find a nanny/nanny share for 2 days a week. what is the best way of doing this? are there any good local agents? where/how is the best place to start looking?

There is probably no best place. It's more a case of casting your net, locally as it's a part-time job.

If you want to use an agency rather than self recruit, try Kent Nannies.

As you have 3 children, consider carefully if you want a nannyshare (where another family shares the nanny, thus nanny cares for all the children from both families at the same time, either at your home or the other families home) or if you want your children cared for exclusively by the nanny on the 2 days a week. Consider practical things like how the nanny would transport all the children to activities/school/pre-school.
