Getting lost amidst the options of Gumtree, Great Au Pair and Au pair world and don't want to keep paying memberships!
Essentially I just need someone to cover my school run (as I have children at different schools some distance apart). So no more than 10 hours a week, though I would add a couple of night babysitting to bring it up to 16 hours or so. Presumably Gumtree gives me the best chance of getting someone already int he UK, and therefore available for interview? Interested in other people's povs/experiences!
