I'm a childminder.

One of my mindees bumped his head and the swelling was bad enough for me to get his mum to take him to a+e (she can get to me quicker than I would get him to a+e)

All was fine and he came back to me after the hospital visit, do I need to tell ofsted that I sent a mindee to hospital? I know you have to report major incidents and I'm unsure on if this was one?

Thanks in advance :-)
