Im a CM. DH's brother and SIL visiting from USA and want to stay - is that ok??

They only want to stay with us a few days but those are CM days. So, is it ok for them to stay; do I need to inform Ofsted; or do I have to say I can't accommodate them..? Never thought of this when I started CM-ing!

Occasional visitors are fine. They must never have unsupervised access to minded children.

Yes but they can't be left alone with any of the children just as you would any other visitor.

That is assuming they don't have a criminal record!
