Any why? Just about to sort this and would welcome your thoughts about best routes. Thanks.

Do the call test... phone various ones up and see how long they take to answer the phone and how much information you can get out of them for free.
The more helpful and friendly they are BEFORE you are paying customer the better I feel. They are all doing the same thing... they often have similar costs (though a few do seem to charge a lot more than others) and I suspect they can all make mistakes at times - they are run by humans not robots and rely on information provided to them by humans (you and your nanny).

Think about what cost you are prepared to pay... what it is you actually need. Some companies provide access to things that you may never need, so do you want to pay for that, or would you want to only pay for the basic service.

Ask them about ongoing costs - the initial cost may be different to when it comes to renewing at the end of the year.

As a nanny I'm happy with www.payefornannies.co.uk - they seem to send my boss my payslip nice and early.

I also rate PAYEfornannies. Should you ever have any problems, they are really helpful (if you pay the extra £20 for their contract service). They are also one of the better value companies.

i have been using payefornannies for over a year and they have been great. they talked through all my initial questions with me and have been helpful in dealing with questions and changes to do with tax for a share situation.
