My only mindee turned up yesterday with mum hungover from works night out previous evening.Said mindee had been sick in cot at 5am but "shes fine". Just gave her water and dry foods just in case. Half an hour after mindee left my dd (16 months) was really sick and has been sick all through night. Can't even keep water down so i'll be having a wonderful xmas!!! I know i should have told her to naff off but i am so not assertive with this mum. Best of it is she was off work and going home to sleep off the hangover. I am such an idiot!!

I would phone her up and make her collect her.

in retrospect i should have told her to go home and keep her away from my dd!! It so annoys me when parents agree to and sign a policy to keep children who have been sick at home and then bring them anyway.anyway thats the moaning over,dd seems to be ok thank god and has kept dry toast down.Next time i will not let her in the door and i'll give her notice too!!
