accepting nanny resignation after mat leave letter

Hi
Does anyone know the wording I should use when accepting a nanny's resignation after maternity leave? I have already worked out her accrued holiday pay etc but just wondered if there is a "correct" letter form?

Check on the business link website, it's a great source of information. I did this myself a couple of years ago and just confirmed back to her what she said in her resignation letter re reasons for leaving etc, and confirmed dates / holiday / last pay etc etc.
