Can anyone help with an au pair contract and welcome pack?

We just about to get our first au pair and I wondered if anyone had a template au pair contract they could share with me or could point me to where I could get one? We've had a nanny before so previously had a lengthy nanny contract but I'm worried that will scare her off so hoping to find something simpler that covers all the key points. Also, does anyone have any suggestions for what I should include in a welcome pack for the au pair? Thanks!

I recommend the ANA one on the nannyjob website with a couple of tweaks.

Or look at your nanny contract, highlight what has to stay in and be ruthless about the rest.

Welcome pack (sorry, crap memory using app) do you mean a handbook type thing or little things to make life easier?

Either way think about:
Public transport - if in London get an Oyster card with a tenner loaded
Contact details for language colleges and some of the courses
A cheap phone with SIM and £10 credit or a cheapy contract.
A map of the local area
Contact details for local APs if you know any
A bar of chocolate, fluffy slippers and a bathrobe
Some books/magazines/DVDs for her room

Thanks very much - actually by Welcome Pack I meant both handbook and useful info, nice welcome gifts etc so this is all useful!
