About to register with them but would love to know if anyone has used them and were happy. Never needed to use a babysitter before, need to now and asking friends got nowhere so it will have to be an agency. Did you meet with the sitter before hand or did they just turn up on the required day/night? It feels like such a stab in the dark letting a complete stranger into your home and leaving them with the most important little people in your life. Any reassurance/experiences would be very much appreciated. Thank you
