What's the current rate for a London nanny?

Anyone willing to share what they pay theirs per hour, and what level of experience that gets? Thanks!

This is what I pay/have paid:
someone with 10+ years experience: £12 per hour gross, rising to £13 gross if they get Ofsted reg (but only 20 hours a week)
someone with little or no experience: £10 per hour gross (although we had applicants who said they were happy with £8 gross).

I am in zone 3.
Last time I recruited a few weeks ago, most applicants with any experience wanted at least £12 gross (about £9 net). I would suggest £11 gross for
