sickeness bug!!!!! - how long should mindee stay at home?

Hi, I am currently looking after a child who was sick Monday evening. When should I allow him back into my setting. I can never remember if it is 24 or 48 hours from the time they were last sick.
Please help - I can never remember the guidlines on this one.
