How do i get a minder in the essex area?

Hello, I want to go back to work, and i need a minder that can come in at 8am, do the school run and after school clubs, and probably finish at 5.30. Is there a website i can check for "live out au pair"?

There is no such thing as a live-out au pair, you want a nanny or a childminder (who you take your children too) (mentioned on other thread).

Both will charge per hour usually, the price depends on where you live in Essex.
