Childminder wanted, broomhill, Glasgow

hi, I'm looking into hiring a childminder, my ds is only 3m old but want to be organised for returning to work in February!! Have no idea how I go about finding someone!!! Does anyone have any tips???

Hi Glasgow city council have an under 5s coordinator who has a list of all local childminders, give them a call and call the ones with vacancies.
Gumtree is also a good place if a nanny might be an option.
