I have a 10 month old DD and will be having extensive reconstructive surgery to repair birth injuries in 2-3 months. After the surgery I will be limited in what I am able to do for DD as I won't be able to lift her. I think I will be out of action for about a month, maybe longer. Unfortunately I don't have family around who can help.
As I am a SAHM, I haven't a clue about how to go about trying to find a short-term nanny/help with childcare. Can anyone recommend any reputable agencies? Help!!
