Childminders, what do you read to keep up to date?

I'm filling out my application form and have to talk about how I will keep up to date with any changes in Childcare/Child Development.

Not sure whether I can put regular browsing of the childminding section on Mumsnet!! Are there any professional magazines or websites that are good for this?
