Can anyone recommend an au pair agency?

I live north of Guildford and and am looking for an au pair. There seem to be hundreds of agencies and websites. I would like to know which ones to avoid and which ones other people recommend.
Thanks !!

I've used Prestige Au Pairs several times. It's expensive, but I think worth it. The owner, Vicky is very experienced and professional. She's a good person to learn from. Friends of mine have gone through the Internet and been successful, but I would say that because it's so difficult to create a good Au Pair relationship, you should increase your chances by working w an agency belonging to the global au pair agency network, where all girls are interviewed and all docs checked. There's so much to say on the Au Pair topic....I'll just be good and simply answer the question asked!!!
