childminder/nanny combo for 1 year old

I am trying to sort out childcare for my four year old and one year old

Nurseries around here are not good for under twos and good childminders massively oversubscribed

Anyway I have found a fab nanny who can only do two days a week and also a childminder who can do one day.

Do you think having two carers would be too unsettling for a one year old?

To clarify, my 4 yo will be in reception, so just needs after school care

I think it sounds fine - my 1 year old is going to childminder and GP
