Can you use childcare vouchers when doing a nanny share?

Trying to work out if both families can use childcare vouchers to pay a nanny in a nanny share situation...anyone have a clue?

If the nanny is Ofsted Registered if in England or is hired via a registered agency in Scotland (not sure on procedure in Wales or NI), then I can't see why not.

What exactly is the setup you have for the share? What country are you in?

Yes you can - I work in a nanny share situation and I am paid with 4 sets of vouchers (one from each parent!) and a cash transfer to top it up to my monthly salary. The only problem is checking to make sure all 5 payments have gone in on time every month!
