Hi! I need a sporadical babysitter, for those times when nor my XP nor my sister can look after DD (3.5). It's the first time I look for a babysitter, so I would really appreciate if you girls could give me an idea on what to look for, how to do references check and anything else you can think of. Am a bit nervous, because DD is quite special with people (either she loves them or hates them) and because well, I'd like to find someone who's nice and she can love and trust. Lastly, if you know of someone pls let me know. We're in Camden.
