working out holiday entitlement

If I take on a nanny position working m-f 10 hours a day term time only (36 weeks) can you please tell me how to work out my holiday entitlement?

I'd also like a link to help me work out what my gross salary would be please - they are talking in terms of nett and i want the contract in gross terms.

I'm on mobile so can't link but Term Time holiday entitlement was covered in the past month or so - do an advanced search on term time to see if you can find it.
