Hi all,
we have a nanny for 2 days pw. When our middle child goes to school in Sept, she will just have the baby 9-3. Am thinking about a nannyshare for some or all of this time when she just has the baby, probably with someone else's child coming to our house (E8 if anyone interested!).
Does anyone know the legal/financial/health and safety type implications of this? I'm wondering if it could be too much hassle.
